Save Contact System

When someone visits your Linq page, they’ll see an Exchange Contact button at the bottom. This allows them to download your contact information directly to their phone or choose to exchange their contact information with you.

Saving a Contact on iPhone

On iPhones, the visitor will need to manually save your contact information.

1. Tap Save Contact on your Linq page.

2. A preview of your contact information will appear.

3. Scroll down and tap Create New Contact.

4. The contact is now saved to their phone.

Note: iPhones require the user to manually confirm saving the contact — it won’t save automatically.

Saving a Contact on Android

On Android devices, the contact will either:

• Automatically download into the phone’s contacts, or

• Download as a file (.vcf) that can be opened and saved manually.

If the contact downloads as a file:

1. Tap the downloaded file at the top of the screen.

2. Choose which account to save it under (this appears if multiple Gmail accounts are signed in).

3. The contact will then be added to the selected account.

Tip: Encourage visitors to use the Exchange Contact option so you receive their information in return, making it easier to stay connected.
