Linq One Users

  • Our support team can assist with account questions and troubleshooting.


Larger Accounts

  • Will be assigned a Partner Success Manager.

  • Your PSM acts as your main point of contact for escalations, strategy, and ongoing support.


Linq Blue Users

  • All Linq Blue accounts automatically include a dedicated PSM.

  • Your PSM should have reached out during onboarding.

  • If your account was transferred, your new PSM will also reach out.

How to Reach Your Partner Success Manager?

  1. Start with Support

    • Contact the support team through chat or email.

    • They can help directly or connect you with your PSM.

    • Inform support the details concerning your needs.
  2. Request a Meeting

    • If you know your PSM but need to book time, support can provide their meeting link so you can easily schedule.
