🧭 What the Admin Dashboard Is

The Admin Dashboard is the main analytics and management view available to users with Organization Admin or Team Admin roles.
It gives you visibility into your organization’s Linq activity — including engagement, contacts synced, workflow performance, and team behavior.


📊 Key Metrics Displayed

1. Total Engagement

Shows overall interactions with Linq pages, cards, and products.

  • Measured by page visits, scans, and digital exchanges.

  • You can filter by 1W, 1M, 3M, 6M, 9M, 1Y, or All Time.


2. Product Scans

Breaks down total scans by product type:

  • Linq Hyper

  • Linq Card

  • Linq Hub

Example: 92 total scans this month — with 74 from Linq Hyper.


3. Contacts Synced

Displays total contacts synced between Linq and your CRM(s).

  • Automatically updates in real time.

  • You can see totals per connected CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel).

  • Growth % shows how contact sync performance is trending.


4. Workflow Runs

Tracks automated workflow executions created in Linq.

  • View workflow names, run count, and trigger performance.

  • If no runs appear, you’ll see a “Workflow Best Practice” suggestion card.


👥 Activity Feed

The Activity Feed (right side) displays every admin or member action in real time:

  • Page views

  • Template edits

  • Integration syncs

  • Contact updates

Admins can toggle between:

  • All Activity (org-wide)

  • Team Activity (filtered by role or team)


🔐 Viewing Modes

Admins can switch between modes:

  • Organization Admin — Full access to all dashboards, users, and integrations.

  • Team Admin / Member Mode — Limited view; ideal for managing personal account or verifying end-user perspective.

You can toggle modes by clicking your profile dropdown (top right).
