What is Linq's Refund Policy?

Understand how refunds work for Linq products and subscriptions.

Refund Policy:

  • Physical Products (Cards, Tags, Hubs, etc.):

    • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.

    • Products must be returned in new and unused condition.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Subscriptions (Linq One, Linq for Teams):

    • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

    • Refunds are not automatically issued.

    • To request a refund, you must submit your cancellation in writing.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@linqapp.com.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your request.

  3. If returning a product, we’ll send you instructions and a return address.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method.

Notes & Tips:

  • For refunds under $50, our team may use discretion to process quickly.

  • Digital items and shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

  • Team and enterprise plans may have different refund terms — please review your contract or contact support.
