Physical Products (Cards, Tags, Hubs, etc.):

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.

Products must be returned in new and unused condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Subscriptions (Linq One, Linq for Teams):

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

Refunds are not automatically issued.

To request a refund, you must submit your cancellation in writing.

How to Request a Refund:

Provide your order number and the reason for your request.

If returning a product, we’ll send you instructions and a return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method.

For refunds under $50, our team may use discretion to process quickly.

Digital items and shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
