Organization Admin

Full access and control over the entire organization

  • Create and manage pages, templates, and assign them to users

  •  Oversee billing and subscriptions

  • Purchase products on behalf of the organization

  • Create, assign, and manage user accounts

  •  Assign and manage phone numbers

  •  Access all dashboards and analytics

  • View and send messages from all inboxes across the organization

  • Configure and manage integrations

  • Build and manage workflows

  • View and manage the full organization contact list

  • Create tags for Organization use

Organization Manager

  • Create and manage pages, templates, and assign them to users
  • Purchase products on behalf of the organization

Organization Member

Basic access to organization tools and resources (Can range based on organization)
