• View and send messages from all inboxes across the organization

• Configure and manage integrations

• Build and manage workflows

• View and manage the full organization contact list

• Create tags for Organization use

Organization Manager

•  Create tags for Organization use

Organization Member

Basic access to organization tools and resources (Can range based on organization)

•  Purchase products for personal or assigned use
•  Create and manage their own pages
•  Activate products assigned to them
•  Use their assigned Linq Phone
•  Manage their personal page (if template permissions allow)
•  Manage their own contact list
• Create tags for personal use
