Does the Linq App require a paid subscription?
No. The app is free to download and use.

How is the data on my card protected?
Each card is programmed with a unique NFC code that is securely generated by Linq. QR codes are also tied only to Linq Pages and cannot be overwritten.

Linq is a digital business card and CRM companion. You can capture leads, follow up quickly, and sync contacts into your CRM for streamlined outreach.

Yes. With a Linq Blue subscription, API access is available once an NDA is signed.

What is A2P vs. P2P messaging?

• A2P (App-to-Person): Automated messages that can feel robotic.

• P2P (Person-to-Person): More natural and conversational, resulting in stronger engagement.

What happens after connecting with someone?
Their details are added to your contacts page, allowing you to reach out anytime.

How do products and pages work together?
Each Linq product (card, badge, etc.) contains a QR code and NFC chip that link to your Linq Page. Scanning either directs people straight to your profile.

Is an internet connection required?
Yes, in most cases. However, offline QR codes can be generated in the app for situations without internet access.

Can Linq products link directly to my website?
Linq products always link to your Linq Page, but you can add links to your website within your profile.
