Call Recording with Linq Phone
Linq Phone includes a setting that allows you to record all incoming and outgoing calls. When enabled, each call will automatically generate:

AI Call Summary → Highlights and summarizes the main topics discussed.

Full Transcription → Displays the complete conversation transcript, stored in the contact’s conversation thread.
These features make it easy to review calls, share insights, and keep accurate records for your team.
How to Enable Call Recording

Log in to your Linq dashboard at linqapp.com/admin.

From the left-hand menu, go to Phone.

Select Phone Settings (3 dots)

Toggle Automatically Record My Calls to On.

Once enabled, all new calls (incoming and outgoing) will be recorded automatically. Previous calls will not have recordings available.
Where to View Summaries & Transcriptions

Open Phone.
-
Navigate History, click on past calls.

You will see:

Call Summary (AI-generated highlights).
-
Full Transcription (line-by-line record of the conversation).
