Create a Linq Virtual Background

Steps

1. Login to your Linq account on the web.
   • Visit linqapp.com/welcome and sign in using your account credentials.

2. Go to your Pages screen.
   • Once logged in, you’ll land on your Pages dashboard.
   • From here, click Share at the top of the screen.

3. Find “Create Virtual Background” in the Share options.
   • Choose this option to begin designing your virtual background.
   • You can select from preloaded images or Add Your Own background.

4. Customize and Save.
   • Once your background looks how you’d like, click Save in the top right corner.
   • A PNG file of your new background (including your QR code) will download to your computer.

5. Apply in your video conferencing program.
   • Open your preferred program (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
   • Navigate to the background settings.
   • Upload the PNG file as your virtual background image.

Tips

• Use a clean, high-contrast image so your QR code remains visible.

• Test your camera placement to ensure the code isn’t hidden by your head or shoulders.
