How to assign a Linq page to a product
How to activate and assign Linq products in the app
So you've just ordered a Linq product and you want to assign it to your account - where do you start? It's important to note that all Linq products come unactivated and require you, or whoever is receiving them, to activate them through the Linq App when you receive them. There will be included instructions on the packaging. If you don't have an account, it will direct you to download the app and set up an account. If you have an account and are logged in, it will open your account in the app and ask you to activate the product on the first scan or tap.
Once your product is activated, it will automatically be connected to your Linq page in the app. You can test this by having someone scan your Linq product and pulling up your page.
Note: if you are logged into the Linq App and scan your own Linq product, the app will recognize you as a logged-in user, and it will pull up your account, not your Linq page. You can preview your Linq page (see what other people see) in the app by navigating to the Pages tab in the app, pressing the 3 dots at the top of your Linq page, and pressing Preview Page. Another way to preview your page is to log out of the Linq App (through the Menu tab), and then scanning your product. The app won't recognize you as logged in, so you'll see your Linq page instead of your logged-in account.
If you have more than one Linq page, you can assign a page to a product at any time:
- Navigate to the Home tab
- Press the Products button in the top right-hand corner
- Click on your product
- Press Pair with a Different Page
- Choose the page you want that product to reflect
If you want to remove a product from a page, follow the same steps above, but press Unpair.
