What we need you to include in an email to [email protected]: Documents to show your Tax Exemption status.Full Name to be on the account placing these orders.The email address that will be used for these orders.The shipping address that will be used on the orders.

We will set up your Customer Profile in our system and will have this account tax-exempt for all purchases made with it.
