Admin Dashboard Settings
Overview
The Admin Dashboard Settings in Linq give organization administrators full control over branding, communication templates, follow-up messages, and the app experience for all members. These settings ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency across your teams.
1️⃣ General Settings
Customize global organization preferences.
-
Organization Name – Displayed across all Linq dashboards, signatures, and outbound messages.
-
Opt-In Marketing Checkbox – Adds a GDPR-compliant consent box for new contacts in the EU.
-
Show Domain Contacts – Restricts visibility of your team’s contacts to only members under the same domain.
-
Organization Logo – Upload one universal logo that appears across all teams.
💡 Tip: Use a high-resolution square image for best logo display.
2️⃣ Virtual Backgrounds
Set branded video call backgrounds for your organization.
-
Upload 1920x1080 px images to your Virtual Image Library.
-
Toggle on “Allow Team Admins to upload artwork” if individual teams should customize their own.
-
Once saved, backgrounds become selectable within users’ Linq virtual meeting tools.
3️⃣ Follow-Up Messages
Define default follow-up messages for new connections — used after someone scans or exchanges a Linq page.
You can configure:
-
Text (SMS) and Email templates
-
Dynamic variables such as:
-
kb-article-module-5— sender’s name -
— recipient’s name -
— sender’s Linq page link
-
Example SMS:
“Hey ! Here’s kb-article-module-5’s contact. Save it to your device or view their Linq page here 👉 .”
✅ Save & Test: Use “Send Test” to preview the message before activating.
4️⃣ Message Snippets
Snippets let teams reuse message templates in chats, follow-ups, or CRM workflows.
-
Access via Settings → Message Snippets
-
Create, search, or edit pre-written scripts (like BDR Handoff or Warm Outreach).
-
Each snippet supports merge fields (
,, etc.). -
Click Add ➕ to create new templates for the organization library.
💬 Best Practice: Keep snippets concise and personalized; use placeholders for names and pages.
5️⃣ Hyper Linq (App Clip Settings)
Control how the Linq App Clip behaves when users tap a physical product (like Hyper Linq cards).
-
Toggle “Use Default App Clip Settings for all Organization Members.”
-
The default preview shows the “Tap open to continue” card that helps recipients save the contact directly from their phone.
-
Ideal for standardizing the first-touch experience across large teams.
